Today we discussed independent and dependent events. I am attaching the notes. Please do the front and back of the worksheet for h/w tonight. We will discuss it in class tomorrow.

Today we took a quiz over graphs. No homework tonight. Tomorrow we will start probability.
Feb. 11
Today we reviewed box and whisker plots. We worked with problems on this site http://www.brainingcamp.com/resources/math/box-plots/interactive.php as well as problems in smart notebook. Students had about 30 minutes to work on a class assignment. Whatever they do not finish in class will be homework. We will grade and discuss this first thing tomorrow. Then we will have a quiz over all the graphs we have discussed over the past week.

You need to pass the following tests with an 80% or higher: interpret graphs, select graph type, central tendency and spread and type of relationships.

Today we began our discussion on graphs. I am attaching the notes. Homework for tonight is to create one graph for each graph we discussed in class. Graphs need to inculde - Key- Title- and x and y axis labeled.
